Your triage team plays a pivotal role in assisting primary care, behavioral health, and specialty providers by expertly triaging patients seeking same-day services, delivering individual nursing appointments, and offering group education. A current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Utah is a must, ensuring you're well-equipped to provide exceptional healthcare. With at least two years of clinical experience under your belt, you'll bring a wealth of knowledge and practical expertise to your role, guiding your triage nursing team with confidence.Proficiency in using various healthcare tools is also crucial, as you'll need to utilize technology effectively to streamline patient triage and support care coordination. Additionally, you should have a current Healthcare Provider BLS and ACLS certification, or be open to obtaining these within 90 days.
