Job description Join Our Team as a Service Technician We are currently seeking Service Technicians of varying experience levels to join our responsive team dedicated to ensuring the operational efficiency of our customers' distribution centers across the Arizona area. Overtime Compensation : Receive overtime pay for hours worked beyond 8 hours in a day, acknowledging your commitment. Position Overview: This role is ideal for individuals with skills to tackle technical issues within industrial automation facilities. It requires flexibility in work hours, travel, and readiness to handle emergencies, including early morning assignments.Qualifications: Experience with conveyor systems preferred; maintenance experience with other industrial mechanical equipment considered. Proficiency in using specialty tools and meters.Strong communication skills for interaction with customers, service crew leads, and managers.Understanding of OSHA safety requirements and adherence to company safety policies.Additional Requirements: Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and programming issues related to distribution equipment. Competency in using hand tools, power tools, welders, and specialty equipment.Comfort with high/low voltage circuits and electrical testing instruments.Proficiency with smartphones or tablets for communication and documentation.Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.Capability to work overtime, weekends, and respond to after-hours service calls.Preferred Skills: Welding experience with Arc or Mig welders.
