1st shift Manufacturing Superintendent Location: Durant, Mississippi Shift: Monday - Friday 6am to 2:30pm Salary: $95,000 - 100,000+ salary based on experience FULL BENEFITS PACKAGE **Generous relocation package**   Kelly Services is seeking a Manufacturing Superintendent to lead operations in our Durant, MS facility. This role is ideal for a seasoned leader with a strong background in manufacturing, welding, and team development. Key Responsibilities: Champion safety across all departments and resolve safety issues promptly. Maintain and manage shop equipment and ensure availability. Supervise and direct employees including supervisors, welders, assemblers, and material handlers. Prioritize and manage projects to ensure timely completion. Promote cross-training and workforce development. Guide departmental objectives in quality, safety, and productivity. Participate in scheduling meetings to optimize workflow and downtime. Collaborate with engineering and production teams on workflow and projects. Assist in recruitment and hiring of plant personnel. Support management philosophy and continuous improvement initiatives. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Associate or technical degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred. Minimum 10 years’ experience managing supervisors and technicians in manufacturing. Welding certification highly desirable. Strong mechanical aptitude and leadership skills. Proficient in MS Office Suite. Experience in coaching and developing supervisors. Familiarity with KPI tracking and Lean Manufacturing principles. Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics.
