We are a proud member firm of Russell Bedford International, a global network of independent professional firms.As the OAS Director, you will lead the firm's outsourced accounting practice, overseeing outsourced accounting, financial reporting, system implementations, and advisory services. You will work closely with business owners and finance professionals, ensuring delivery of high-quality services while driving innovation and efficiency within the OAS team. This is a leadership role with significant client-facing responsibilities and opportunities for strategic impact for the firm.Key Responsibilities:Lead the growth, strategy, and delivery of the OAS practiceOversee and review client engagements including bookkeeping, financial statement preparation, budgeting, forecasting, and KPI developmentGrow, manage, and mentor a team of accounting professionalsServe as the primary advisor for key OAS clients, providing financial insight and strategic guidanceIdentify opportunities for process improvement and technology implementation (e.g., QuickBooks Online, Bill, Gusto, Sage, XERO etc.)Collaborate with firm leadership on cross-functional initiatives and client developmentIntroduce other firm offerings to clients where appropriateEnsure compliance with accounting standards and firm quality controlsQualifications:CPA designation preferred10+ years of accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a public accounting or outsourced accounting environmentProven leadership experience managing teams and client relationshipsStrong knowledge of cloud accounting platforms and process automation toolsExcellent communication and organizational skillsStrategic thinker with a client service mindsetWhat We Offer:Competitive compensation and PTO401(k) program with employer matchFlexible SchedulesReduced Summer HoursHybrid Work from Home PolicyCompany OutingsMentorship and Learning Development
