The IT Business Analyst position is responsible for creating, maintaining, and supporting, the systems, software, and technical processes of our corporate employees and managed clients.

Duties & Responsibilities

Participate in general IT operations and client support Build and maintain relationships with other departments to create and drive initiatives Participate in planning and implementing systems automation as required for better efficiency and improved support Analyze business process to develop efficiencies and automation Conduct assessments to ensure process are achieving the desired effect Develop and maintain documentation for supported applications, processes, and training material for internal employees and IT staff Provide training to clients and staff  Provide operations support including account management, log analysis, troubleshooting and service optimization Install network cabling.  Create and Install Wireless Networks. Visit client sites for troubleshooting, support, and repair as required. Maintain up-to-date knowledge in technology Adhere to the company's confidentiality policies Able to lift 40-50 lbs. as necessary Must have a valid drivers license Perform all other related duties as assigned by management

Skills required for this position include  

Strong troubleshooting skills.  Expertise with Microsoft Office products especially Office Ability to prioritize tasks and projects  Familiarity with networks, switches, routers, and cabling  Familiarity with (VOIP) telephone systems  The ability to work in a team environment and on independent projects  Ability to write routine reports and correspondence  High attention to detail in planning, reporting and execution of assigned work  Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating and equipment maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. 

Beneficial skills include

Experience with Fiber Optic Cables and Connections, The ability to effectively communicate technical information in English and Spanish

EDUCATION & WORK EXPERIENCE  

Associate degree in computer related field or equivalent education/work experience, is preferred.
