Thrive Behavioral Hospital is seeking a dedicated House Supervisor (RN) to join our team full-time on the night shift. About the Role: The House Supervisor oversees hospital operations during non-business hours, ensuring high-quality patient care and supporting our nursing teams. This role is critical in maintaining patient safety, regulatory compliance, and smooth facility operations overnight. Responsibilities: Provide leadership, guidance, and support to nursing and hospital staff during night shifts. Serve as the on-site administrative representative, addressing urgent issues and escalating as needed. Ensure staff assignments are appropriate to patient acuity and census. Support patient admissions, discharges, and transfers. Promote a safe, therapeutic environment and uphold hospital policies and procedures. Qualifications: Current and unrestricted RN license in Nevada. Minimum of 2 years clinical nursing experience, preferably in behavioral health or acute care. Prior leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred. Strong critical thinking, decision-making, and communication skills. BLS and CPI certifications (or ability to obtain upon hire).
