Full Job Description: Hermann Services is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for our North Brunswick, NJ, location. Responsibilities: Organize and maintain inventory and stock control. Ensure that the storage areas and warehouse are kept clean and tidy, which includes identifying areas where processes could be improved, and work practices amended Provide assistance to team members who are experiencing difficulties in the completion of their duties by putting them through and giving them personal coaching Train employees and monitor the performance of staff and raise any issues or further training requirements Monitor shipments and deliveries Utilize reports to maintain their knowledge of the warehouse inventory Prepare and process all paperwork relating to the shipping of orders Delegate assignments to team members to ensure a faster and smoother flow of operation Create and implement work procedures that will enhance the organization, warehouse, and operating procedures, and standards Serve as the middleman between the management and warehouse team members to ensure smooth communication and settling of grievances that may arise Perform additional duties as assigned Job Requirements: Experience with stand up or sit down electric forklift Aisle master/Flexi/Bendi sit down experience preferred Must be trained on lifts Haz-Mat experience preferred Knowledge of RF gun (Scanning) Ability to read instructions and labels in English Knowledge of inventory management Prior knowledge of Microsoft D365 a plus Benefits: Great Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance after 30 days of full-time employment Matching 401(k) Company paid Life Insurance Paid Time Off Disability, Accident, and Critical Illness Insurance
