Rebel Convenience Stores is looking for friendly and reliable Lead Customer Service Associates to join our teamIf you thrive in a customer-focused role and want to be part of a fun, supportive, and growing team — we want to meet youAs part of our team, you'll enjoy up to $1100 in bonuses $100 sign-on bonus paid after 90-Days of employment, $500 retention bonus paid after 6-months of employment, and $500 retention bonus paid after 1 year of employment. RESTRICTIONS APPLY (Ask your recruiter for more information) What You'll Do:As a Lead CSA, you're the face of the store. You'll provide fast, friendly service while keeping our store clean, stocked, and running smoothly. Every day is different — and we'll give you the tools to succeedGreet customers warmly and provide exceptional serviceRing up sales using our modern POS system, including lottery, fuel, and prepaid cardsUpsell promotions and help customers find what they needMaintain a clean and organized store environment (inside and out)Operate and maintain food and beverage machines (coffee, fountain drinks, hot food)Restock and rotate merchandise using FIFO methodFollow safety and loss prevention proceduresHelp customers with pump, car wash, or air hose as neededAccurately handle cash, credit cards, and safe depositsFollow all age-restricted sale laws (alcohol, tobacco, lottery)Complete all required training and shift dutiesWhat You Bring:Must be 18 years or olderHigh School diploma or GED (preferred)Excellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to work alone or with minimal supervisionReliable and punctual with a strong work ethicComfortable standing for up to 8 hoursAble to occasionally lift up to 30 lbs and climb laddersWilling to work weekends, holidays, and overnight shiftsBasic math and computer skillsAuthorized to work in the U.S.Perks of Working at Rebel:Flexible schedules to fit your lifestylePaid on-the-job trainingCareer growth opportunities — we promote from withinA team-oriented and positive workplace cultureCompetitive pay and eligibility for benefits (Full-Time Employees Only)?Join the Rebel TeamWhether you're looking to build a long-term career or earn extra income, you'll love being part of the Rebel family.
