Formerly Anderson Mechanical Services, Inc. and Inspiration Plumbing Company, we combined decades of expertise to deliver award-winning results across new construction, renovations, design-build projects, and complex commercial installations.As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Commercial Superintendent to lead jobsite operations, ensure safety and quality, and drive projects to successful completion while representing VMG's standards of excellence.What You'll DoProject LeadershipManage day-to-day jobsite operations with a focus on safety, quality, and productivityDevelop and maintain project schedules to meet milestones and deadlinesSupport budgeting, manpower planning, and resource allocationLead project startup through closeout, including sequencing and coordinationRepresent VMG in meetings with clients, contractors, and partnersSafety FirstConduct routine safety inspections and enforce safety protocolsEnsure OSHA and company safety standards are followedReport hazards, incidents, and near misses promptlyQuality & AccountabilityVerify work against plans, specifications, and quality standardsEnsure proper care and accountability for tools, equipment, and vehiclesPlanning & DocumentationComplete daily logs, time sheets, and project reports accuratelyTrack costs, invoices, and subcontractor expensesMaintain organized project records and schedulesTeam LeadershipDirect and coordinate field crews and subcontractorsSet expectations, coach team members, and address performance issuesPromote a respectful, team-oriented culture built on accountabilityWhat You Bring5+ years supervising commercial construction projects (HVAC/Plumbing/MEP preferred)Strong experience managing crews and jobsite operationsSolid understanding of scheduling, sequencing, and cost controlOSHA 30 preferred (or strong safety mindset)Excellent communication and leadership skillsAbility to read and interpret plans and specificationsProficiency with project management tools and Microsoft OfficeValid driver's license and reliable transportationWhat We OfferCompetitive pay based on experienceMedical, dental, vision, and 401(k) with company matchPaid time off and holidaysTraining and professional development opportunitiesA growth-minded team where your leadership truly mattersReady to Build with Us?If you're a hands-on leader who takes pride in delivering safe, high-quality projects, we'd love to meet you.
