RequirementHigh school diploma required; Bachelors degree in business, finance, or a related field preferred.Valid insurance license in Property and Casualty and/or Life, Health, and Accident (or a willingness to obtain one/both).Proven sales experience, preferably in insurance or a related industry.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational skills.Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
