We’re seeking a motivated and team-oriented Buyer’s Agent who is passionate about helping clients find their dream homes while learning from one of Marco Island’s most respected agents, working under Steve Purcell. This is an incredible opportunity to work alongside a proven mentor and grow within a collaborative, high-energy team environment.As a Buyer’s Agent on our team, you’ll connect with pre-qualified leads, work expired listings and FSBOs, show properties, guide clients through negotiations, and ensure a seamless buying experience from start to finish.We’re looking for someone who is:Team-driven and thrives in a supportive, collaborative environmentCoachable and eager to learn from a successful, experienced mentorCommitted to delivering exceptional service and creating a positive experience for every buyerMotivated to work leads—including expired listings and FSBOs—and turn opportunities into resultsDriven to contribute to the overall success of the teamIf you’re ready to be part of a high-performing team led by one of Marco Island’s established and well-connected agents, we want to hear from youCompensation:$100,000+Responsibilities:Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for a successful close Coordinate efforts to negotiate property sale between buyer and seller or listing agent to achieve desired results Assist buyer clients with the home purchase process including budgeting and options with a mortgage lender Work closely under the mentorship of Steve Purcell, gaining hands-on experience and guidance from an established Marco Island agentBuild relationships with buyers, providing exceptional service and expert guidance throughout the home-buying processProspect and follow up with pre-qualified leads, expired listings, and FSBOs to generate new business opportunitiesSchedule and conduct property showings tailored to client needs and preferencesFacilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers, ensuring smooth and successful transactionsMaintain clear and consistent communication with clients, team members, and partners throughout the buying processCollaborate with the team to develop and execute effective marketing and outreach strategiesStay informed about local market trends, pricing, and inventory on Marco Island and the surrounding areasUse CRM systems and other tools to track leads, manage follow-ups, and maintain accurate recordsRepresent the team and brokerage with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm in all interactionsQualifications:High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car Show a track record of real estate success Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market and recent trends in the industry At least one year of experience as a buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience Must have a valid Florida Real Estate licenseAbout CompanyWork in a supportive and collaborative environment.Be an integral part of a thriving real estate business.Competitive pay with advancement opportunities.
