Main Responsibilities of a Grill Cook:● To prepare perfectly cooked and seasoned burgers to  the  correct  temperatures.Grill Cook Job Description:We are looking for an experienced grill cook to fill a vacant spot in our kitchen staff and contribute to the overall excellence of our kitchen.This grill station is the focal point of the line and requires much skill. Grill cooks must be able to accurate cook our burgers, regardless of size, to the correct temperature to produce orders quickly and accurately. They must be able to multitask effectively and work well with the other team members.   Ultimately it is the grill cook who determines how fast the burgers are delivered to the guests, so it is important to anticipate the rush.Responsibilities of a Grill Cook:● Maintaining a sanitized and well-organized kitchen.● Preparing workstations for cooking.● Preparing and maintaining kitchen equipment.● Checking the quality of the ingredients.● Arranging food and ensuring proper presentation.Grill Cook Job Requirements:● The ability to speak, see, hear, read, and write.● Ability to lift at least 50 pounds on a semi-regular basis and perform other diverse physical tasks as needed.● The ability to comprehend and follow written and verbal direction.  Must know and follow sanitation procedures.● The ability to bend, stoop, stand and perform extensive walking up to 8-10 hours a day.● Exposure to wet floors, noise, and temperature extremes.● Must be able to multitask and act quickly.We’re on a mission to challenge the way people think about burgers.
