Responsibilities Principal Accountabilities & DeliverablesConduct outreach, interviews, and follow-ups with prospective/enrolled studentsProvide accurate program details, career opportunities, and enrollment requirements as outlined in Campus catalogMaintain professionalism and strong customer service in all student and staff interactionsManage inquiries, schedule appointments, and track applicant progressUtilize only authorized marketing promotional materials, including catalogs, brochures, and correspondence, in accordance with established guidelines while adhering to ethical recruitment standardsProficiently navigate and utilize all admissions systems to support the enrollment process effectivelyConduct engaging campus tours and informational sessionsAssist prospective students in navigating the admissions process while addressing concernsContinually meet or exceed the criteria set forth by the campus leadership or Director of Admissions regarding admissions activity, start expectations, cancellation, retention and graduation rates, and the generation of student referralsSubmit and maintain accurate admissions records and documentationComply with all federal, state, and institutional policies regarding admissions and recruitmentAttend orientations, graduations, and regular admissions meetingsCollaborate with financial aid, academics, and student services to support student successOther duties as assigned Qualifications Education / ExperienceHS Diploma or GED (required) and five (5) years’ experience in related field Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing or related field (preferred)Minimum five (5) years of experience as an Admissions Representative (preferred)Minimum one (1) year of experience in customer service and/or sales (preferred)Online only - Minimum of three (3) years of online higher education experience (preferred)SkillsStrong organizational and time management skillsAbilitiesCapacity to assess student needs and match them with appropriate programsStandard AbilitiesAble and willing to:Communicate, think, learn, and reasonUse computers and computer systems (including hardware and software) to process transactions, store documents, enter data, or perform assigned tasksSafely ambulate and/or maneuver when on-site at Company locationsDemonstrate and utilize active listening, inductive reasoning, information ordering and category flexibilityAbility to use good judgment, problem-solving and decision-making skillsAbility to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information with discretionAbility to work in a fast-paced environment where deadlines are essential and multiple projects are worked simultaneouslyAbility to gain, understand and apply information and data as it relates essential functions of the positionAbility to foster long-term relationships with stakeholdersWork EnvironmentWork is performed indoors in a climate-controlled environment when on site at assigned company location.
