As a diversified, national organization, you’ll have access to competitive benefits including a fresh perspective on workplace flexibility. Hybrid role in-office and remote.Position Purpose: Act as counsel to health Plan President & CEO by establishing business processes and governance structure.Lead strategic initiatives and projects related to business governance structure to optimize business performanceOrganize and prioritize key board and committee activities to facilitate efficient decision making.Conduct research, establish committees, and determine topics and metricsInvestigate risks determine corrective action plansAct as a liaison between the PP&CEO and executive staff by facilitating information flow.Provide feedback and draft key communications to reflect the PP&CEO’s position.Support executive staff needs in their ability to raise critical issues with the PP&CEO and receive needed responses, guidance and decisionsSuspend activities when projects or commitments are not in alignment with PP&CEO directives/commitmentsInitiate reviews on staffing structures or external spends in order to mitigate unnecessary financial impactPerforms other duties as assignedComplies with all policies and standardsEducation/Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field required10+ years of project management, strategic and financial analysis experience requiredPrevious management experience including responsibilities for hiring, training, assigning work and managing performance of staff requiredPrevious experience in Federal government contracting preferredPay Range: $132,000.00 - $244,100.00 per yearCentene offers a comprehensive benefits package including: competitive pay, health insurance, 401K and stock purchase plans, tuition reimbursement, paid time off plus holidays, and a flexible approach to work with remote, hybrid, field or office work schedules. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law, including full-time or part-time status. Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives. Benefits may be subject to program eligibility.
