Our mission is to deliver high-quality rental housing and exceptional customer service while fostering a professional, supportive work environment for our team members.Job SummaryWe're hiring a motivated and personable Residential Leasing Agent to join our dynamic property management team. If you have a passion for real estate, sales, and customer service, this role offers a rewarding opportunity to grow your career in the rental housing industry. You'll play a key role in increasing occupancy and representing our company to prospective tenants.ResponsibilitiesShow and lease available rental homes and apartments to prospective tenantsRespond to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and in personSchedule and conduct property tours across Kansas City and nearby areasGuide applicants through the rental application process, including background and credit checksPrepare and execute lease agreements with attention to detail and complianceMaintain up-to-date knowledge of available rental units and local housing market trendsProvide exceptional customer service and follow-up to prospective rentersQualificationsPrevious experience in leasing, real estate sales, or customer service preferredValid driver's license and reliable transportation requiredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsHighly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlinesComfortable using email, smartphones, and basic office softwareKnowledge of Fair Housing laws a plus (training available if needed)Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive hourly or salaried pay (commensurate with experience)IRS mileage reimbursement (after first 220 miles/month)Monthly performance bonus opportunitiesSupportive team culture and managementAdvancement opportunities within the companyJob Type: Full-TimeSchedule: Monday to Friday, occasional weekends (based on tours or tenant needs)Work Location: On the road / Field-based in Kansas City, MO and surrounding areasReady to take the next step in your leasing career?
