Senior Technical Project Manager – Salesforce CRM & Contact Center Modernization(Remote | Federal Government Project) We are seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead Salesforce CRM and Contact Center modernization initiatives for a federal agency. The ideal candidate brings strong program management expertise, deep technical knowledge of contact center technologies, and hands-on experience with Salesforce and CCaaS platforms (NICE CXone, Amazon Connect, etc.).You will oversee the full project lifecycle — from planning and execution to delivery — while driving innovation, improving performance, and ensuring compliance with federal IT standards. This role requires a balance of leadership, technical insight, and stakeholder management to deliver mission-critical customer experience solutions.Key Responsibilities: Lead Salesforce and contact center modernization projects from initiation to completion. Oversee platform implementations (Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Knowledge Management). Manage CCaaS deployments including IVR design, CRM integration, and automation. Coordinate across federal stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams. Apply Agile/Scrum methodologies to ensure timely, high-quality delivery. Identify process improvement and automation opportunities across operations. Qualifications: + years of IT program/project management experience, including contact center operations. + years leading Salesforce-based projects. PMP and Scrum Master certifications required. Experience with NICE CXone, Amazon Connect, or equivalent CCaaS platforms. Strong understanding of Agile delivery, solution architecture, and IT modernization. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills. Preferred: Federal project experience and knowledge of FedRAMP compliance. Familiarity with chatbots, AI-based self-service, or UI/UX design.
