Overview The duties of a Restuarant Supervisor include supervising daily operations, monitor the food outlets throughout hours of operation to provide high levels of quality service. Be highly visible; interact with guests and associates; react quickly to items of concern. Maintain safety and sanitation standards to provide associates and guests with a safe environment by; adhering to local and state sanitation/safety regulations; posting side work duties and checking daily. Create and develop cleaning schedules and complete schedule checklist. Ensure that service staff provides responsible service of alcoholic beverages. Maintain physical appearance of the Restaurant and bar equipment in good working condition through checklist and work order procedures. Complete weekly inspections.Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS). Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently. Demonstrate mastery in delegating multiple tasks. Have effective communication and leadership skills. Be up to date with food and beverages trends and best practices. Have the ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets. Critical to be guest-oriented and service-minded.
