Responsibilities

Primary role as a sales agent by focusing on generating new business while handling minimal in office service tasks, such as assisting walk-in traffic and supporting current and potential customers as needed.

Engage with customers to understand their insurance needs and provide personalized advice

Effectively communicate insurance options and coverage details to clients

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty

Utilize various sales strategies to generate leads and expand client base

Stay updated on industry trends and changes to provide informed recommendations

Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer experience


Requirement

Insurance Experience: Prior experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred.

Currently hold Texas Property & Casualty Insurance license

Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.

Goal-Oriented: Self-motivated individual with a passion for achieving sales targets and exceeding customer expectations.

Professionalism: Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions.
