The Lead Auto Glass Specialist is a key member of our team responsible for the quality and efficient installation and repair of auto glass. If you are Self-Motivated, Thrive in Fast Moving Environments, have a Mechanical Background, with proven Communication and Problem-Solving skills, this is an opportunity to lead a team of trained professionals and advance your career.Do you want a job, or do you want a career?Specific Responsibilities:•Safety remains a top priority with all employees.•Complete Pre and Post inspections using tablet-based technology.•Repair and replace auto glass according to ANSI standards.•Calibrate vehicles with ADAS safety equipment.•Holds and documents weekly safety meeting and trains on specific safety topics monthly.•Complete Pre and Post inspections using tablet-based technology.•Repair and replace auto glass according to ANSI standards.•Complete Rock Chip repairs according to ROLAGS standards•Ensure the efficient use of materials and maintain adequate stock of installation supplies on vehicles and in shop.•Keep company vehicles and equipment properly serviced, clean, and in good working order and condition.•Complete invoices and work orders using tablet-based technology.•Execute Service with Advanced Training (SWAT)•Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions. Job Requirements:•Prior experience in the Auto Glass Industry of at least 3 to 5 years.•Physical ability to lift heavy objects such as windshields, etc.•Proficiency in navigating tablet-based technology.•Excellent Communication and Problem-Solving skills•Professional appearance and personalityAutomotive, Residential or Commercial experienced Installer must have a valid driver’s license. $28.00 — $32.00 annually depending on experience.
