Lighthouse Youth & Family Services is looking for YOU We are seeking a full-time Youth Worker I – 3rd Shift Worker at our Paint Creek Youth Center located in Bainbridge, Ohio (easy commuting distance from Hillsboro, Chillicothe, Waverly and Washington CH.) This treatment center is a 24/7 residential facility for adolescent males. We are looking for individuals to work our 3rd shift (8 hours/40 hours a week – 11 pm – 7 am). . Essential Functions: Coach, encourage and support individuals for greater social inclusion. Responsible for being aware of youth whereabouts while maintaining a safe and productive environment at all times. Facilitate problem solving with the youth. Assist in providing structured group activities/functions when necessary. Provide transportation to and from various program activities. Provide and maintains quality documentation, record, reports and evaluations per agency standards. Comply with agency, federal and state policies, procedures and regulations. Attend regular training and development opportunities to maintain an up-to-date knowledge of safeguarding, health and safety and local policy developments. Actively participate on one or more of the following teams: Medical, Supply, Filing, and Cleaning.
