Your role focuses on client retention, ensuring that each account receives the utmost care and attention, including virtual and in-person meetings. The position requires a knowledgeable and motivated professional who excels as a team player, demonstrating a client-first attitude. Internal meetings are business-casual, while client meetings require a polished, business suit corporate appearance.You'll also have opportunities to assist in acquiring new business, making you eligible for commissions. With a hybrid work environment allowing for flexibility, you'll generally be required to work in the office just once a week with the opportunity to work from home the rest of the week if desired.
