Our proprietary, cutting-edge natural language processing capabilities transform unstructured data into meaningful experiences that increase productivity with unmatched accuracy and speed.The Opportunity:We are seeking an exceptional Strategic Partnerships Manager to lead our high-performing partner team and own some of our most important accounts including NVIDIA and other hyperscaler and global alliance partners.This player-coach role is ideal for a commercial and technically sophisticated operator who can guide senior partner managers while also directly managing high-value, complex partnerships. You will be responsible for driving strategy, operational execution, and revenue outcomes across key partner ecosystems including cloud providers, global consultancies, systems integrators, and AI infrastructure companies.Youll be expected to provide executive-level stewardship, sales coaching, and technical insight while rolling up your sleeves to manage partner relationships yourself, especially in high-impact accounts like NVIDIA.In This Role, You Will Be Responsible For:Leadership & Team ManagementDirectly manage a team of 35 Strategic Partner ManagersCoach ICs on deal strategy, execution, and technical positioningSet performance goals, measure outcomes, and drive accountabilityFoster collaboration across Product, Sales, Solutions, and MarketingExecutive-Level Partner ManagementOwn strategic relationships with high-stakes partners, including NVIDIALead executive alignment, joint planning, and multi-threaded partner engagementNavigate technical and commercial complexity across large enterprisesDrive Pryons presence in hyperscaler and AI-native partner ecosystemsStrategic Planning & ExecutionDefine partner strategy aligned to company priorities (e.g., GCP, McKinsey, Leidos)Operationalize go-to-market initiatives and co-sell motions with partnersBuild and track joint business plans, pipeline goals, and revenue impactCollaborate with leadership to prioritize and allocate team capacityTechnical Acumen & EnablementAct as executive sponsor for proof-of-value projects with strategic partnersSupport solutioning, technical validation, and RFP processes as neededEnsure team is fluent in Pryons RAG and NLP capabilitiesElevate partner enablement programs and technical collateralWhat You'll Need to Be Successful:Experience & Track Record10+ years in enterprise partnerships, strategic alliances, or B2B sales leadershipExperience leading and scaling a team of senior ICs or partner managersProven ability to close $1M+ deals and manage long-cycle complex partnershipsBackground in AI, cloud infrastructure, enterprise SaaS, or NLP platformsExperience working with or within companies like NVIDIA, AWS, GCP, or Microsoft preferredTechnical CompetenceStrong understanding of AI/ML, GenAI, RAG, and knowledge management systemsAble to guide solution design and discuss integrations with engineering counterpartsFamiliarity with cloud-native architectures and partner ecosystemsLeadership & CommunicationInspiring team leader with a bias for action, clarity, and accountabilityAdept at influencing across functions and levels, including CxO audiencesExceptional communicator, both externally and internallyBenefits for Full Time Employees: - Remote first organization- 100% Company paid Health/Dental/Vision benefits for you and your dependents- Life Insurance, Short-term and Long-term Disability- 401k- Unlimited PTOWe are interested in every qualified candidate who is authorized to work in the United States.
