Job Description NOW HIRING LOADING SUPERVISOR AT OUR CLAYCOMO TERMINAL As a Loading Supervisor, you are to ensure car-haul loads are built and loaded in accordance with tractor-trailer load plan. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS •Oversee the loading process •Provide driver support and assistance to ensure quality and safety outcomes •Ensure current knowledge and understanding of equipment throughout network •Train Drivers regarding the loading process for most efficient and profitable loads •Report load issues to management in a timely manner PHYSICAL ABILITIES AND WORK ENVIRONMENT •Physical agility to include, but may not be limited to, walking, standing, sitting, bending, stooping, squatting, reaching, lifting up to 100 pounds, pushing, pulling, stretching, climbing and balancing •Visual acuity, including but may not be limited to, close up and distance, peripheral sight, ability to discern color •Work effectively in an environment with potential loud noise, extreme heat or cold •Ability to work effectively at heights up to 50' •Manual dexterity •Ability to work around fumes and petroleum products BENEFITS Employer paid benefits: •Medical •Dental •Vision Paid time off 401k Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $55,000.00 per year Benefits: •401(k) •Dental insurance •Health insurance •Life insurance •Paid time off •Vision insurance Schedule: •Monday to Friday •Weekends as needed Application Question(s): •This job requires you to be outdoors.
