Description :Now Hiring: Care Team Supervisor – Full-TimeSchedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PMPay Rate: $22/hourAt Elara Caring, we are committed to delivering the right care, at the right time, in the right place — and that starts with the right people.We are currently seeking a Care Team Supervisor to support our home care teams. This individual will help guide caregivers, support clinical excellence, and contribute to operational success. If you are organized, compassionate, and passionate about helping others, we’d love to speak with you.Key Responsibilities:Provide daily support and oversight to a team of home care professionalsMonitor care delivery and assist with implementing quality improvement programs (QAPI)Foster positive communication and collaboration across the care teamEnsure compliance with state, federal, and agency guidelinesManage scheduling, documentation, and administrative duties as neededQualifications:High School Diploma or GED required2 years of experience in a fast-paced office or healthcare setting preferredKnowledge of Medicare/Medicaid, home care benefits, and applicable state policies preferredExcellent computer skills and attention to detailAbility to manage time effectively and adapt to changing needsReliable transportation for travel within the service areaWhat We Offer:Competitive hourly pay: $22/hourMedical, dental, and vision insurance (for full-time employees)401(k) with company matchPaid time off and paid holidaysStructured onboarding, training, and developmentGrowth opportunities within a mission-driven organizationA full job description will be provided during the interview process.Elara Caring is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
