This is a fully remote, full-time position with a base salary plus uncapped commissions and performance bonuses. What You’ll Do Drive new business through outbound calls, referrals, and inbound inquiries. Present and recommend personalized insurance solutions with confidence. Convert warm leads into loyal clients while managing a strong sales pipeline. Overcome objections, negotiate effectively, and close consistently. Build long-term relationships through proactive follow-up and service. What You’ll Bring Active Property & Casualty license and proven insurance sales experience (required). A competitive, hunter mentality with a strong drive to achieve goals. Excellent communication, persuasion, and closing skills. Self-motivated and disciplined in a remote environment.
