Real Estate Sales Team Agent

You will contact pre-qualified leads, show properties, facilitate the negotiation process, and make that final sale for the buyer’s dream home. If you can’t wait to get started, apply today We will also teach you to be a listing machine - working with sellers to get the best possible price for their homes.Compensation:$125,000 - $250,000Responsibilities:Provide potential home buyers with pertinent information about their local housing market Manage facilitation of required documentation for purposes of legal property transactions and ensure a smooth close Coordinate efforts to negotiate property sale between buyer and seller or listing agent to achieve desired results Help clients through the home buying process including budgeting and mortgage options Reach out to pre-qualified leads to gauge their interest and determine their wants and needs for a home Qualifications:Show a track record of real estate success 1+ years of buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car Friendly and outgoingHigh level of integritySmart and motivated by successHumble and a team playerOutstanding customer serviceAbility to work flexible hours as the schedule is determined by client needs (most often landing on weekends and evenings)Real Estate license in Oregon or Washington, or in the process of obtaining a licenseAbout CompanyWe are a boutique real estate team brokerage.
