About This Role: The Veterinary Health Center (VHC) within the College of Veterinary Medicine is seeking applicants for a Procurement Assistant. This position is responsible for the distribution of surgical and medical supplies for daily use throughout the VHC. Maintain accurate inventory controls of all medical/surgical supplies. Assist in preparation and coordination of freight deliveries as well as assist in the implementation of an inventory management system. Preferred Qualifications: HS diploma.1-3 years working experience.Excellent Microsoft Office skills.Good communication skills.Ability to Lift 50 pounds frequently.Warehousing experience.Inventory management experience. Other Requirements: Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States at the time of employment.
