These are temp-to-hire positions — bring your best every day, and you could become a full-time permanent employee in just 3–4 months   Job Title: Warehouse Team Member/General Laborer Location: Romeoville, IL 60446 Duration: Temp to Hire No experience necessary — No English required) Available Roles, Shifts & Pay Position: Warehouse Team Member  1st Shift: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM | $16.00/hr Mid Shift: Monday–Friday | 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM | $17.00/hr 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday | 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM | $17.00/hr  Please Note: You MUST be flexible and available to start earlier than your selected shift if needed.     What You’ll Do Palletizing: Lift and stack cases (13+ lbs) on pallets (~435 cases/hour) Loading Pizzas: Place crusts on conveyor belts (58–68 per minute) Making Inners: Assemble up to 8 boxes per minute Packing: Pack pizzas at ~15 per minute Filling Toppers: Fill ingredient containers (200–500 lbs each) Master Packing: Pack 6–10 pizzas per case (~435 cases/hour) Task Rotation: Switch between lines to keep production flowing Follow Break Schedule: 30-minute lunch + two 10-minute breaks Safety & Accuracy: Follow written/verbal instructions and safety rules Cold Environment: Work comfortably at 35°F What You’ll Need Steel-toe or composite safety shoes (slip-resistant) Ability to lift, bend, reach, and stand for up to 8 hours Willingness to work in a cold environment Reliable attendance and teamwork mindset Positive attitude and commitment to safety  Perks of the Job Weekends off — enjoy your personal time Consistent, steady hours Great pay with opportunity to advance Temp-to-hire pathway — long-term career potential Supportive supervisors who value your effort #GRACE   As part of our promise to talent, Kelly supports those who work with us through a variety of benefits, perks, and work-related resources.
