Home Health Aide ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: · Ensures that resident is neat, clean and properly clothed. Assist with bathing, dressing, toileting, hygiene and grooming needs. Tidy apartment, proactively assessing potential safety concerns and reporting appropriately. Reminds residents to take medication. Encourage residents to take part in meal time. Provide one on one support when needed to engage residents in activities or providing a quiet space to calm residents when needed. *Applies "5 Star" customer service approach and commitment in all aspects of job with an emphasis on continued improvement.
