Primary ResponsibilitiesKnowledge and application of House Rules, Protocol, House-specific Applications, House Administrative Policies and the Legislature’s Joint Policies and Procedures.Constituent ManagementDay-to-day Operations: Monthly Bills, Office Files, Office Property, Office Supplies, Office CommunicationsPrepare Monthly and Quarterly ReportsManage Office Expense Accounts and Travel SystemRequired Legislative FilingsMunicipal, County, and Regional Issues Related to the DistrictCommunity and Public OutreachMandatory Trainings as Assigned Examples of Work PerformedConstituent Management Day-to-day Operations: Monthly Bills, Office Files, Office Property, Office Supplies, Office CommunicationsPrepare Monthly and Quarterly ReportsIntradistrict TravelMunicipal, County, and Regional Issues Related to the DistrictCommunity and Public Outreach Minimum Qualifications:An Associate’s Degree from an accredited college or university and two years of administrative experience; or a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university. Professional administrative experience can substitute on a year-for-year basis for the required college education.
