Provide personalized insurance solutions to fit clients' coverage needs and budgets.Meet and exceed sales goals and performance metrics.Stay current on product knowledge, industry trends, and licensing requirements.RequirementSales representatives must have or be willing to obtain their property and casualty license prior to hire. Any sales representative will also be required to obtain their life and health insurance license within six months of hire.
