Apprentice Plumber — Austin, TX  Company: Great Basin Staffing LLC  Location:  Austin, TX 78752 Employment Type: W2 | Project-based, temp-to-perm potential Openings: 1 Pay: $20.00/hr + OT eligible Position Overview: We’re adding an Apprentice Plumber to assist the Journeyman at Prefab Shop. This role supports layout, rough-in, top-out, and trim while learning advanced commercial methods. Key Responsibilities: Assist with removal/installation of DWV, domestic water, and gas systems. Measure, cut, thread, groove, and assemble pipe; stage materials and fixtures. Maintain a clean, safe work area; follow directions and site protocols. Support testing, redlines/as-builts, and daily production tracking. Qualifications: Texas Apprentice Registration (active) or ability to register immediately. 1–2+ years plumbing experience (commercial preferred). Familiarity with copper, PEX, PVC/CPVC, and cast iron. Reliable transportation and basic hand tools; OSHA-10 preferred. Why Join Us? Competitive $20/hr with OT.
