Job DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Marketing Specialist to support our growth initiatives and enhance the visibility of our brand and services. The ideal candidate will contribute to planning, executing, and refining marketing campaigns that align with Beloform’s objectives. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with a dedicated team, develop innovative strategies, and directly influence company success.ResponsibilitiesAssist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels.Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs.Create and refine marketing materials that support brand consistency and communication goals.Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports to support strategic decision-making.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment across all marketing initiatives.Maintain a strong understanding of company services to support effective messaging and positioning.QualificationsStrong communication and organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive insights.Creative thinking and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.Additional InformationCompetitive salary of $61,000 – $65,000 per year.Clear opportunities for professional growth and advancement.Supportive and collaborative work culture.Comprehensive training and development resources.Opportunity to contribute to impactful, high-level marketing initiatives.
