D Shift - Quality InspectorCompany: Intertech Plastics LLC Primary Location: 12850 E 40th Ave, Denver, CO 80239 USA Workplace Type: On-site Employment Type: Hourly | Full-Time Function: Quality Equal Opportunity Employer Minorities/Women/Veterans/Disabled Main Duties & ResponsibilitiesJob Summary: The Quality Inspector reports to the Quality Supervisor or the Sr. Quality Engineer. They are responsible for performing visual and dimensional product inspection on manufactured parts/products to released drawings and specifications. The Quality Inspector 1 is responsible for documenting non-conformances. The Quality Inspector may also perform inspection of raw materials.D Shift Every other Wednesday. Thursday, Friday, and Saturday 5:50pm - 6:00am Specific Responsibilities: Uphold and communicate the purpose, values, and vision of Intertech and TriMasComplete daily tasks in accordance with Intertech’s Policies and ProceduresComplete daily tasks in accordance with safety rules and regulationsPerform inspection duties utilizing engineering drawings and history files, inspection, work instructions, technical specifications, QA procedures and instructions, and other related documentsSupport and follow all ISO 13485 standardsIdentify and report non-conforming material and productUnderstand and apply product traceabilityPerform preliminary and progressive production inspections, verify functional operation, final inspections, and verify paperworkSkilled at conducting tests and inspections of products, services, or processes to evaluate quality or performanceInvestigate or report questionable inspection resultsVerify and document specified manufacturing process stepsPerform conformity/first article inspections to ensure compliancePerform area inspections to ensure compliance with applicable standards and specificationsProvide technical support to manufacturing personnelPerform general 5S activities dailyAbility to work independentlyDemonstrate ability to read, understand, interpret and implement technical procedures and work On-Site: This role is required to be on-site 5 days at the Denver, Colorado location. QualificationsPrevious injection molding, manufacturing, QA experience preferredPrevious experience in an ISO 13485 regulated environment preferredBasic computer skills with Microsoft Office ProductsBasic math skillsFamiliar with the and use of various inspection tool, methods, and techniquesAbility to read and write in English is requiredBilingual in English and Spanish is a plusKnowledge or understanding of basic statistics, or use of Statistical Process Control (SPC) preferredCompensationIn compliance with all states and cities requiring transparency of pay, the expected pay range for this position is $ - $Compensation can vary depending on several factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, experience, competencies, and geographic location.
