What you will do:

Work with business stakeholders to understand their goals and needs and help recommend process improvement. Applies change management to facilitate new levels of qualityDocument business process requirements and partner with cross-functional teams to design thoughtful solutionsConfigure system changes in Workday for Core Compensation, Advance Compensation, and SecurityAssist with developing, testing and troubleshooting integrationsPerform system maintenance, including assisting in the review, testing and implementation of Workday releasesProvide production support, including researching and resolving HR technology problems, unexpected results, or process flaws; recommending solutions or alternate methods to meet requirementsResponsible for writing reports for ongoing customer needs Conducts training, including developing user procedures, guidelines, and documentationMaintains awareness of current trends in Workday with a focus on product and service development, delivery, and support, and applying key technologies

What you will need:

Experienced working on cross functional teams and providing Workday system guidance to solve issues and process improvementsExperience acting as a liaison between HR Technology and all users of WorkdayMinimum of 4 years of experience driving business relationships and processesMinimum of 4 years of experience influencing Workday process design and configurationMinimum 3 years configuring advance compensation and core compensationStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong time management skills with the ability to navigate multiple projects and deadlinesEffective verbal and writing communication skillsDesire to champion new Workday modulesWorkday certification a plusBachelor's degree preferred
