Join our team and be part of a community that is dedicated to making a positive impact in the real estate industry.#LI-HybridResponsibilitiesAssess clients’ needs, preferences, and financial capacity to recommend appropriate real estate solutionsConduct detailed comparative market analyses to determine property values and pricing strategies accuratelyPrepare and manage all necessary documentation, including contracts, agreements, leases, and closing statements, in compliance with legal and regulatory standardsMaintain and regularly update property listings to ensure accurate and current market representationProfessionally present, promote, and market residential and commercial properties to prospective buyers and investorsRequirementsMust be a LICENSED REAL ESTATE AGENT or CURRENTLY ENROLLED in real estate school.
