About the team and positionThe Inventory Quality Specialist serves as a detail-oriented annotating specialist, ensuring we provide the best quality data, pictures, and descriptions to customers on our website. As a specialist, you'll annotate vehicles, fact-check data, and resolve discrepancies while utilizing available resources to ensure accuracy. You'll have the opportunity to work alongside professional and friendly teammates and collaborate with leadership to make continual improvements to our customer experience. By using company, industry, and process knowledge, you will help resolve discrepancies and create an experience that drives our customers happy   What you’ll be doing Consistently meet scores in all metrics by demonstrating the ability to quickly and accurately annotate vehicles. Fact check vehicle data for accuracy and resolve discrepancies. Utilize all necessary resources to ensure accuracy and to deliver correct information. Manage side tasks and projects with the primary role of annotating.  Work as a team player and interact with customers, managers, and coworkers in a professional and courteous manner. Interact with others in a professional and friendly manner while actively participating in slack conversations and huddle meetings.  Meet deadlines for time sensitive projects. Other duties as assigned. What you should have High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent education required Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English Excellent communication skills, knowing when to share trends and feedback on tools Ability to manage, organize, and reconcile multiple sources of information with accuracy Computer literacy and data entry accuracy Energy and drive to accomplish goals, meet deadlines and find solutions Availability to work overtime or adjust schedule for the needs of the team Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively Enthusiasm and energy to contribute to and thrive in a rapidly growing start-up atmosphere where roles continually adapt as the company evolves Must be 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license What we’ll offer in return Full-Time Hourly Position with competitive wages.
