Your Role as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes based on individualized care plans.Perform a variety of tasks, including:Acute and chronic disease management and patient conditions and reporting tailored, goal-oriented treatment -surgical patients and caregivers to support recovery and management and wound care.Qualifications:Unencumbered Florida LPN License (required).Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation (required).IV Certification (required).Experience in acute care or hospital settings (preferred).Strong assessment and care planning skills.
