It starts with YOU.The Senior Scientist Projects will lead Research and Development (R&D) projects specific to Huggies® Diapers Innovation programs for Kimberly-Clark North America. As a member of the R&D Team, this individual will collaboratively lead projects through the Innovation Management Framework, building from consumer insights to product design and market launch. This role will work in conjunction with Product Team Members and cross-functional partners from Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality and Manufacturing to execute projects. The incumbent reports to an R&D Manager and receives work direction from the Manager and Technical Leader. To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:Required: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/universityA minimum of 5 years of experience in project management and/or product developmentProven track record of effectively communicating to and influencing leaders and team members across all levels of the R&D and cross-functional organizationPrior experience leading projects from idea to executionDemonstrated ability to provide work direction to team members not in a direct reporting relationship15-25% in-country travelPreferred:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science related fieldPrefer 7+ years of relevant experienceExperience in project management/product development, particularly Development & Commercialization (D&C)Work experience across a range of Research & Engineering or Marketing disciplinesDeep understanding of Baby and Child Care products, brands, business, and technologiesAbout UsHuggies®. Along with base pay, this position offers eligibility for a target bonus and a comprehensive benefits suite, including our 401(k) and Profit Sharing plan. The anticipated base pay range for this role is provided above for a fully qualified hire. Actual pay will depend on several factors, such as location, role, skills, performance, and experience.
