You'll implement ABA therapy programs designed by our Clinical Managers and make a meaningful difference every day.Responsibilities include:Deliver individualized ABA therapy in home, center, and community settingsImplement treatment programs, including discrete trial training, pivotal response training, and social skills developmentCollect and record accurate data to track progressCollaborate with families and supervisors to support consistent treatmentMaintain professionalism, compassion, and integrity in all interactionsWhat We're Looking ForPreferred Education:Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Child Development, or a related fieldRequired Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent (RBT certification preferred, but we'll train you)Excellent communication, organization, and time management skillsProfessionalism, patience, and emotional resilienceComfort working with diverse families and in varied home environmentsReliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and proof of auto insuranceAbility to lift up to 40 lbs and engage in physical activity during sessionsWhy You'll Love Working Here✅ Recognized Top Workplace - 6 years in a row✅ Paid RBT training and certification provided✅ Supportive supervision from experienced BCBAs✅ Ongoing professional development and growth opportunities✅ Meaningful, life-changing work with children and familiesMake a lasting impact.
