The OpportunityDescriptionSchedule:Monday -Thursday (10hrs shift) What You’ll Do: Test, troubleshoot, and repair equipment according to OEM specifications. Disassemble, assemble, clean, sanitize, and perform quality inspections on equipment. Diagnose heating, cooling, and electrical failures on refurbished equipment. Read and interpret schematics and technical manuals to support repairs. Perform testing using electrical instruments provided by the department. Complete accurate documentation and record-keeping for all repairs. Maintain a clean and organized workstation following 5S and housekeeping standards. Actively participate in team huddles to support performance objectives and continuous improvement. Follow all safety guidelines and Good Manufacturing Practices. Experience Required for Your SuccessWhat we’re looking for: Ability to work effectively in a team environment with urgency while maintaining quality and safety. Experience safely operating manual, electric, battery, and pneumatic hand tools (screwdrivers, wrenches, drills, amp meters, etc.). Ability to frequently bend, stoop, stand for prolonged periods, and lift up to 45 pounds. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Basic math skills (multiplication, division) to support troubleshooting and repair tasks. Detail-oriented, dependable, and proactive in problem-solving.
