Growing law firm is currently seeking an Entry Level Attorney to join their firm in Huntington West Virginia. As an Entry Level Attorney you will play a crucial role in providing legal support and counsel on various cases and projects. As an Entry Level Attorney, you will be involved in conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, assisting in case preparation, and providing support to senior attorneys. Responsibilities: Conduct legal research on various legal issues.Draft legal documents, including briefs, pleadings, and contracts.Assist in case preparation and management.Attend client meetings and court proceedings.Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex cases.Review and analyze legal documents and agreements.Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files.Provide general administrative support to the legal team. Requirements: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Excellent research, analytical, and writing skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Admission to the state bar (or willingness to obtain upon hire).Proficiency in legal research tools and software.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
