JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Work along lead estimator to prepare detailed estimates for plans. Compile accurate quantity take-offs. Help identify cost-savings techniques, materials, and procedures. Inspect homes under construction to ensure estimates are accurate. Perform other duties as assigned by the Production Administration Manager or Lead Estimator. JOB REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS Working towards Bachelors Degree in Construction Management/Architecture. Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and AutoCad/AutoCad Architecture. Excellent written and verbal communication skills required. Ability to work positively in a team environment. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize.
