H&A is currently serving 16 major auto manufacturers nationwide and in Canada.The Operation Supervisor provides oversight in productivity and compliance by preparing and reviewing company reports. This role holds responsibility for terminal communications, identifying opportunities and providing related action plans to achieve company goals. Here at Hansen & Adkins Auto Transport we appreciate our employees, and we offer a great and comprehensive benefit package with competitive wages:401K Retirement Plan, with a company match of 25% of employee’s contributionCompany Paid Medical InsuranceCompany Paid Dental InsuranceVision Insurance availableCompany Paid Life InsuranceCompany paid vacation/sick timeFSAEAP Program Responsibilities:Responsibility in driver accountability relating to collisions, injury, or damages when required and verify notification to upper management, insurance carriers, and customers.Coach drivers on company policies to ensure proper compliance in their daily functions relating to DOT, quality, rote planning, and attendance.Review and reconcile vehicle inventory for accuracy for efficient shipping.Assist in daily operational functions to include dealer or other customer inquiries, answer phones as needed to ensure the dispatch process operates efficiently.Supervise facility SOP’s with random audits in the load yards.Ensure administrative operational duties relating to all company departments are completed timely.Provide accurate reporting of daily shipping details to all levels of customers and internal management.Monitor and provide feedback to additional strategies that may improve operations.Uphold the company’s core values of Teamwork, Integrity, Respect, Excellence and Safety.Qualifications:At least 2 years of dispatch and operations experience in the transportation industry.High school, diploma or equivalent required.Proficient with Microsoft Office.Experience with transportation management and telematics systems preferred.Ability to respond quickly to requests and prioritize work.Strong communication skills.Limited travel up to 10% Hansen & Adkins Auto Transport is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, gender, pregnancy, reproductive health decision making, sexual orientation, gender identity, expression, religion, marital status, age, national origin or ancestry, physical or mental disability, genetic information, veteran status, parental status, or any other consideration made unlawful by applicable federal, state or local laws.
