Key ResponsibilitiesDrive results Help achieve store goals by providing and rebooking beauty services, servicing clients, and selling productsPerform beauty services Provide makeup, waxing, and other services listed in Sephora’s Beauty Services menu. Stay informed about all beauty trends and product knowledge to educate and empower clientsMaintain licensure and uphold hygiene standards Keep licenses active and always uphold health and safety protocolsFoster inclusiveness and teamwork Help promote a culture of openness where everyone feels empoweredUphold Sephora standards Follow company policies and help create a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience for allFlexible Scheduling and ReliabilityMust meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts/ hoursFull Time: 30-40 hrs/weekPart Time: 15-29 hrs/weekFlex (as needed): 4-14 hrs/weekBe available during peak retail operations (nights, weekends and holidays)Punctuality and consistent attendanceQualifications/ExperienceAn active license to provide waxing, makeup, and false application services in the state where the services are being performed1-3 years' experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or service environmentStrong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends, and techniquesDemonstrated ability to deliver personalized client service and build lasting relationshipsTeam player who thrives in a collaborative and goal-oriented environmentQuick learner with ability to absorb and share product knowledge effectivelyPhysically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds While at Sephora, you’ll enjoyInclusion & Belonging We pledge to create a beauty community where everyone’s uniqueness is celebrated, respected, and honoredMeaningful Rewards Sephora offers comprehensive healthcare and wellbeing benefits based on eligibility; Details can be found $21.75 - $28.00/hr.
