Working closely with our two APPs at HRH is expected for continuation of care.Weanticipate addinganadditional APPasneededtoaddressanincreaseinvolumedueto growth.APPsperformmultiplelnterventional RadiologyProceduresindependentlyincludingvenousaccess,venousprocedures to include RFA, Venaseal, Varithena, foam sclerotherapy, abdominal Botox injections, nerveblocks,PleurXplacement,fluiddrainageprocedures,biopsies, joint injections,intrathecalpainpumpmanagement for cancer pain,fluoroscopictubeexchangesand anyotherproceduredeemedappropriate.TheAPP'swillmanageabusyclinic scheduleatRLMCandberesponsibleforconsultsanddailyroundingwhenatHRH. Theyarepartofavibrantgroup culturewithacollaborativeteams-based approach to patient careKey Responsibilities:Clinical duties involve primarily the provision of outpatient and inpatient clinical service support as well as both procedural and clinical activities.The individual will be trained by the lnterventional Radiology physicians and APPs in image guided minor procedures.The job will require clinical duties in both the inpatient and outpatient setting including pre-operative H&P, informed consent, patient preparation for procedures, inpatient rounding, family and patient education, admission and discharge from the hospital, and coordination of longitudinal care of lnterventional Radiology patients.Evenings and weekends are not required for this position.This position will involve cross-coverage of Highlands Ranch HospitalWork Location:Onsite – this role is expected to work onsite and is in Highlands Ranch, COWhy Join Us
