Service Technician 2, Trainee

Job Description JOB SCOPE:The Service Technician 2, Trainee is responsible for providing timely and quality repairs of customers' products while maintaining high customer service and demonstrating proficiency by the conclusion of the training period. Additionally, this position promotes and sells additional products and services that directly impact the profitability of the Company, including but not limited to Sears Protect Home Warranty and Clean & Maintains. This position repairs products in the customer's home.JOB SUMMARY:Responsible to learn all aspects of job responsibilities and processes by demonstrating proficiency by the conclusion of the training period.
