Care 365 Homecare - Estamos buscando un asistente de salud en el hogar CERTIFICADO y compasivo para brindar asistencia en la vida diaria y servicios de cuidado personal en los hogares de los pacientes de acuerdo con un plan de atención establecido.  Responsabilidades Brindar servicios de atención médica en las residencias de los pacientes. Realizar tareas domésticas y del hogar. Transportar y acompañar a los pacientes al consultorio médico o al hospital. Ayudar con las actividades de cuidado personal de los clientes Monitorear a los pacientes (signos vitales, temperatura, respiración, etc.) e informar sobre su condición. Ayudar a los pacientes con movilidad y terapias / ejercicios físicos. Brindar compañía y apoyo emocional o psicológico básico. Siga planes de atención específicos para los clientes e informe todas las tareas completadas Asistir con las necesidades de cuidado personal del cliente (bañarse, vestirse, etc.) Proporcionar o ayudar en el mantenimiento de la casa ligera, preparación de comidas y lavandería, tienda de comestibles (ERRORES ESENCIALES) Mantener un alto grado de confidencialidad del paciente y en todo momento debido al acceso a información sensible. Mantener una asistencia regular, una asistencia constante y es flexible para satisfacer las necesidades del cliente. Cumplir con todas las regulaciones y políticas  HABILIDADES Debe tener un certificado HHA de Nueva York Debe tener 18 años o más Debe poder pasar una verificación de antecedentes penales Buena comunicación y habilidades interpersonales. Capacidad para seguir instrucciones escritas y verbales. Capacidad para trabajar con supervisión limitada * Debe ser cariñoso, compasivo, empático y tener un verdadero deseo de cuidar a los demás. Capacidad para monitorear los signos vitales. Familiaridad con las normas básicas de nutrición e higiene personal.
