This role will lead the planning, execution, and communication of engagement initiatives in collaboration with local leadership, councils of employee volunteers (Geo ConnectX Council), and employee resource groups (ERGs).The ideal candidate is a connector, communicator, and organizer who thrives in a fast-paced, people-centric environment.
