In addition, they must be kind. Qualifications Education/Skills/Training:High school diploma or approved equivalent.Basic math skills, 10-key and keyboarding.Proficient in standard Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook.Well-developed smart phone and digital channel skills.Must be organized and display excellent communication skills and a personable attitude.Experience:Previous work in retail, consumer service delivery, or client relations.
